Richard Fincham is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of expertise in the commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential property sectors. Having lived, worked, and studied in KwaZulu-Natal since 1977, Richard has developed an in-depth understanding of the region, particularly the KZN Midlands, which he holds a deep passion for. Since launching his real estate career in 2003, Richard has earned a strong reputation built on trust, dedication, and the numerous referrals he receives from satisfied clients, colleagues, and industry peers.
In 2021, he co-founded R&R Real Estate alongside Renata Milanesi, united by their shared belief that "great things are never done by one person; they are done by a team."
